That pre-paid shipping label might not be as cheap as you think!

Many companies supply pre-paid labels to help customers return their goods, but the shipping isn't free - typically a charge of $6.50 or more is deducted from the refund.

Customers who use the Postal Shoppe's Frequent Returns Program can send their packages back by UPS Ground for just $4.49 - and that includes insurance of up to $100!

To use this service, a package must weigh under 4lb, and the company must be on our Frequent Returns list.  The Postal Shoppe stores all the returned packages until Friday, when they are boxed up in bulk and returned to the respective companies by UPS ground.  Extra insurance for valuable packages is available at 85¢ per $100 value.
